Samuel Faxon Oliver's parents were Daniel Pomeroy Oliver and Fanny Faxon;
his parents were Daniel Oliver and Eunice Keeler; and his parents were Robert Oliver and
Lydia Gray. Robert Oliver was a Minuteman in the Revolutionary War and
Daniel Pomeroy Oliver served in the War of 1812.
